Satay Style Wings with Peanut dip

I am excited to have on order a cookbook called the Malay Cook written by Ranie Saidi.

This wing recipe was taken from the cookbook and published recently to promote the book. After making these wings it was not a PR failure. They were delicious hence the book was ordered.

I have to confess I do not normally eat Peanut butter style dips however this was an exception and it was most excellent.

I did cook the wings longer than the recipe called for. I am always super careful when it comes to cooking chicken especially wings. I have eaten them so many times outside of my own kitchen only to find them not cooked through.

I cannot wait to try more from this book, it promises to be a very interesting book.
