Flourless Chocolate Cake

This pretty Flourless Chocolate cake was delicious and a little different because I substituted the ground almond component with Quinoa. It actually worked very well, and the cake was a huge hit.

I served it with fresh berries and clotted cream which was such a great afternoon tea treat.
