Grown Up Bread and Butter Pudding

Grown up Bread and Butter pudding is just so good, it is sweet but not overly sweet. It does contain Rum hence the grown up in the title but even without the alcohol it still is a wonderful dessert.

I prefer using Brioche rather than white bread but the choice is yours.
